Ice and water protector is a requirement for any buildings that experiences ice back-up. In some cases roofs may need to be built up to create a more positive air flow to unsure that there is no warm air escaping into the attic cavity. With Raymond Desrochers Roofing our regular shingling policies are often a higher standard than our competitors. Regular practices include ice and water protector in valleys, around chimneys, skylights, and of course on the first 3 to 6 feet of the roof edge. Much care is taken to protect gardens, decks etc. by placing tarps and/or plywood around as required.

We regularly use IKO, BP, or Certaintered Shingles, so if there is a preference to a specific shingle manufacturer, we have suppliers for all of them.

A large majority of work is referral, this speaking volumes that what we claim to do for our customers is in fact true. We value each customer striving to give the utmost service to every project.
